The Resource Referral Program through Santa Clara County Family Court assists parents with cases before the Santa Clara Superior Court to comply with court orders. The court has compiled lists of agencies that provide the types of services Family Court customers are most frequently ordered to obtain.
Our programs are offered as a service to Family Court customers. Family Court has not investigated or evaluated the competence of the providers who are on these lists and does not endorse or recommend any provider. The information in each listing was self-reported by the individual provider and Family Court makes no warranty or guarantee concerning its accuracy or reliability. Customers are encouraged to fully investigate the credentials of and methods employed by the providers.

In California, mediation is mandatory prior to attending a court hearing if parents are not in agreement regarding custody and visitation. During your court hearing the Judicial Officer may order parties to attend a High Conflict Co-Parenting program of Domestic Violence program. Parenting without Conflict by New Ways for Families® is a recognized resource within Santa Clara County Courts and with approval would meet this requirement.
If you have questions regarding your specific court order, please contact the Santa Clara County Superior Court (http://www.scscourt.org), County of Santa Clara Self Help (http://www.scscourt.org/self_help.shtml) and someone will be happy to assist.
